Return and Refund Policy
At URBANCAPCO, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at support@urbancapco.shop. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. URBANCAPCO is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@urbancapco.shop with your order number and a photo of the item. We will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used, assembled, or altered
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Final sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your item for the same product in a different color or style, please contact us at support@urbancapco.shop. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
